Every summer, our family comes together for a vacation. As our family grew, finding a home where everyone could stay comfortably under one roof—with enough room to spread out, relax, and enjoy some privacy—became increasingly important.
We’ve always loved being near the water, so when we discovered Lower Saranac Lake, we knew we had found something special.
One summer, we rented this very home on Lower Saranac Lake. By the end of that vacation, we knew we had found something truly special. Later that year, we had the good fortune to purchase the home. What began as a family vacation became something much more meaningful—and ultimately inspired us to share Alpenglow with other families. What we loved most was the way an entire day could unfold without ever needing to leave.
That experience inspired us to create Alpenglow Lakeside Lodge—a place where families and friends can slow down, spend time together, and create the kind of memories that stay with you long after the vacation is over.
